Our fresh pasta is made just before we bring it to market each week. When each batch is done, we package and freeze it immediately. It arrives at the market frozen and is sold to you from our portable freezer. 

Most of our fresh pasta is best cooked in boiling water for no more than 3-5 minutes. You may then add any kind of sauce - ragu, tomato, pesto, Alfredo, etc. Our ravioli are so flavorful that we recommend that you just boil them, then saute in a little butter and fresh sage or basil for a minute or two, remove to a plate, add a little fresh grated parmesan, and enjoy.

WHEN YOU TAKE IT HOME, KEEP IT FROZEN UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO COOK.
